Pasta with gyro

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 OZ CHICKEN GYROS MEGAS YEEROS
  • 1/2 PACKAGE OF PENNE PASTA
  • 10 CHERRY TOMATOES
  • SLICED OLIVES
  • FETA CHEESE, DICED
  • CHOPPED PARSLEY
  • OLIVE OIL
  • SALT
  • PEPPER
PREPARATION
  • Cook the pasta in a salted pot as per the package directions until al dente.
  • While the pasta is boiling, roast the gyros and cut into thin, juicy slices when ready.
  • Slice the cherry tomatoes in half.
  • In a frying pan, heat some olive oil and fry the cherry tomatoes, sliced olives, diced feta cheese, and gyros slices.
  • Add the cooked pasta to the pan and mix everything together, adding freshly ground pepper to taste.
  • Serve the pasta with gyro on two plates. Enjoy!
