Chicken Souvlaki with authentic greek Yogurt and fried tortillas

INGREDIENTS

FOR 1 PORTION

  • 2 MEGAS YEEROS CHICKEN SOUVLAKI
  • ½ GREEN PEPPER
  • ½ FRESH ONION
  • ½ FRESH TOMATO
  • 2 TEASPOONS GREEK YOGURT
  • 2 TORTILLAS
  • 1 TSP PAPRIKA
  • 1 TBS EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
  • SALT
  • PEPPER
PREPARATION
  • Grill your souvlaki for 11-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
  • Cut the vegetables and place them on the grill/pan/oven, turning occasionally.
  • Warm the tortillas in a frying pan.

When ready, place the vegetables on a plate, put the souvlaki on top, cover with the yogurt, sprinkle some paprika and top with the fried tortilla
