Chicken Souvlaki with authentic greek Yogurt and fried tortillas
INGREDIENTS
FOR 1 PORTION
- 2 MEGAS YEEROS CHICKEN SOUVLAKI
- ½ GREEN PEPPER
- ½ FRESH ONION
- ½ FRESH TOMATO
- 2 TEASPOONS GREEK YOGURT
- 2 TORTILLAS
- 1 TSP PAPRIKA
- 1 TBS EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
- SALT
- PEPPER
PREPARATION
- Grill your souvlaki for 11-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Cut the vegetables and place them on the grill/pan/oven, turning occasionally.
- Warm the tortillas in a frying pan.
When ready, place the vegetables on a plate, put the souvlaki on top, cover with the yogurt, sprinkle some paprika and top with the fried tortilla
