All Megas Yeeros™ meat products (pork, beef, lamb, and poultry) must be cooked to a safe minimum internal temperature of 165°F, as measured with a calibrated food thermometer. This temperature must be verified: • while cooking on the cone and/or • while being heated or maintained in a hot-holding device whose temperature is greater than 165°F, to ensure that the product temperature reaches 165°F or above.
