INGREDIENTS

  • 3 OZ CHICKEN OR PORK GYROS MEGAS YEEROS
  • 1 PIECE OF BREAD FOR SANDWICH (Choose your preferred type)
  • 3 SLICES OF HALOUMI CHEESE
  • 2-3 LETTUCE LEAVES
PREPARATION
  • Toast the bread until golden brown.
  • Roast the gyros and cut into thin, juicy slices when ready.
  • Grill the haloumi cheese slices until they are nicely browned.
  • Place the lettuce leaves on the toasted bread, add the grilled haloumi cheese, and top with the sliced gyros. Close the sandwich and it’s ready to serve!
