Sandwich with gyro
INGREDIENTS
- 3 OZ CHICKEN OR PORK GYROS MEGAS YEEROS
- 1 PIECE OF BREAD FOR SANDWICH (Choose your preferred type)
- 3 SLICES OF HALOUMI CHEESE
- 2-3 LETTUCE LEAVES
PREPARATION
- Toast the bread until golden brown.
- Roast the gyros and cut into thin, juicy slices when ready.
- Grill the haloumi cheese slices until they are nicely browned.
- Place the lettuce leaves on the toasted bread, add the grilled haloumi cheese, and top with the sliced gyros. Close the sandwich and it’s ready to serve!
