Bruscetta with gyros

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 OZ CHICKEN OR PORK GYROS MEGAS YEEROS
  • 1 SLICE OF BREAD
  • 1 TOMATO, CUBED
  • 1/2 ONION, THINLY SLICED
  • 1 TBSP OLIVE OIL
  • SALT
  • GROUND BLACK PEPPER
  • 1/2 TSP SWEET PAPRIKA
  • 1 TSP MUSTARD
PREPARATION
  • Toast the slice of bread until golden brown.
  • Roast the gyros and cut into thin, juicy slices when ready.
  • Cut the tomato into cubes.
  • Slice the onion thinly.
  • Pour the olive oil over the toasted bread. Add the tomato cubes, sprinkle with salt, oregano, and then layer the thinly sliced onion.
  • Top with the Megas Yeeros slices and serve a delicious appetizer!
