Pasta with gyro
INGREDIENTS
- 6 OZ CHICKEN GYROS MEGAS YEEROS
- 1/2 PACKAGE OF PENNE PASTA
- 10 CHERRY TOMATOES
- SLICED OLIVES
- FETA CHEESE, DICED
- CHOPPED PARSLEY
- OLIVE OIL
- SALT
- PEPPER
PREPARATION
- Cook the pasta in a salted pot as per the package directions until al dente.
- While the pasta is boiling, roast the gyros and cut into thin, juicy slices when ready.
- Slice the cherry tomatoes in half.
- In a frying pan, heat some olive oil and fry the cherry tomatoes, sliced olives, diced feta cheese, and gyros slices.
- Add the cooked pasta to the pan and mix everything together, adding freshly ground pepper to taste.
- Serve the pasta with gyro on two plates. Enjoy!
