Megas Yeeros Salad
INGREDIENTS
FOR 1 PORTION
5 CHERRY TOMATOES
5OZ PORK OR CHICKEN YEEROS
1 TBS EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
1 TSP DRY MINT
1 TBS TIROKAFTERI CHEESE SPREAD
1 TSP BALSAMIC VINEGAR
PREPARATION
- Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half
- Roast the yeeros and cut when ready in thin juicy slices
- Place the cherry tomatoes on a plate and put slices of yeeros on top
- Add the tirokafteri
- Mix the olive oil with the balsamic vinegar and sprinkle all around the bottom of the salad
